Danish biomass gasification and pyrolysis technology company Dall Energy ApS has announced that it has signed a license agreement for its novel technology with a French producer of high-pressure steam boilers.

Stein Energy Boilers SAS (AIT-STEIN), a Galilé Group company, has secured a license agreement with Dall Energy whose unique biomass gasification technology is in high demand throughout France.

The new partnership will help consolidate and enhance this tendency nationwide – and help position both companies as leading facilitators of the green energy transition in France.

Dall Energy whose investors include the French investor and asset manager Eiffel IG, has seen a surge in demand for its solutions among French municipalities and businesses in 2023, and this partnership is the next logical step in this development.

We are excited to have been chosen by Dall Energy to promote their patented technology. We specialize in high-pressure steam boilers, and they provide fuel-flexible, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient furnaces. Together, we offer the best overall solution on the market, remarked Jean-Luc Conchou, CEO at AIT-STEIN.

According to Dall Energy CEO Jens Dall Bentzen, the agreement is a proverbial ‘win-win’ deal.

We are very happy to have reached this agreement with AIT-STEIN and cannot wait to get started. AIT-Stein and Dall Energy complement each other well; we add our gasification technology to AIT-STEIN’s range of products, and we benefit from their French presence and network, Jens Dall Bentzen said.

Facilitating a successful French green energy transition

France is undergoing a substantial and necessary transition away from the use of natural gas in district heating, industrial processing- and manufacturing.

So, there is an incredible demand for more sustainable, alternative technologies to help the transition along. One of the most important ones is biomass gasification.

Processing and manufacturing companies (i.e. Clairefontaine) and French municipalities (i.e. Rouen and Amiens) are among those, who have embraced the benefits of this cutting-edge technology, as they seek to produce steam for production – or heat and energy for homes.

We believe innovation is what is going to facilitate the green energy transition in France. With this tech licensing agreement, we can offer French companies access to some of the latest and most sustainable energy solutions available on the market – anytime and anywhere. We are very proud of that, ended Raoul Garcia, Sales Director at AIT-STEIN.
