US-headed Avfuel Corporation, a leading independent supplier of aviation fuel and services, is enhancing access to sustainable solutions and reporting resources with its newly launched AvfuelZero portal.
The web-based tool gives customers instant access to a full portfolio of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and carbon offsetting documentation, and emissions reduction reports.
As we continue to increase the number of SAF customers and availability, easy access to transparent documentation has become all the more important to aviation operators. They not only need access to the product but also a way to verify their actions and showcase their emissions reduction progress. The AvfuelZero portal empowers them to do just that, right at their fingertips. By launching this portal, we’re further streamlining the journey to net zero and simplifying sustainability for all who are ready to make that commitment, said C.R. Sincock II, EVP at Avfuel.
The system effectively organizes a specific user’s SAF documentation and other transaction information, including, but not limited to, volume, feedstock, manufacturing, and certification information.
Proof of sustainability, certificates of analysis, bills of lading, and all other supporting documents are held within the system to streamline manufacturing verification, and certification for ASTM D-7566 and ASTM D-1655 specifications.
Along with this product documentation, users also have direct access to carbon emissions reporting with detailed, transparent insights that help users meet their sustainability goals.
Increasing SAF access
The portal’s launch comes as Avfuel significantly increases access to SAF across North America and beyond.

Most recently, Avfuel added a supply terminal location in Dallas, Texas (TX), joining others brought online in the last three months, including Port Everglades, Florida (FL); Linden, New Jersey (NJ); and Pasadena, Texas (TX).
This supply chain network also includes Avfuel’s longstanding supply terminals in both Northern and Southern California.
As supply points expand, so does fixed base operator (FBO) availability. To date, Avfuel provides operators with access to SAF at 57 airports, including 24 in the United States and 33 spread across the EU and the UK, more than any other fuel supplier.
While Avfuel provides leadership in the business aviation industry for the direct supply of physical SAF molecules, it also manages its own transparent book and claim program in-house so operators can purchase SAF attributes no matter where they fly.
This multi-modal approach to selling SAF has vastly enhanced the fuel’s accessibility, while the AvfuelZero portal simplifies how to track and report these emissions reductions, no matter the transaction type.
