BMH Technology strengthens business with SCC Installation acquisition

In Finland, Rauma Works Oy a subsidiary of material handling technology supplier BMH Technology Oy has acquired compatriot SCC Installation Oy’s spare parts and workshop business in Rauma.

Established in 2007 in Rauma, SCC focuses on industrial maintenance and conveyor installation and maintenance. The deal sees the transfer of seven staff to Rauma Works, as well as machinery and equipment for the service workshop.

With the acquisition, the value of which has not been disclosed, BMH Technology strengthens its Life Cycle Service business through its subsidiary Rauma Works Oy.

The acquisition is a part of the BMH Technology Group’s strategy of expanding its Life Cycle Services business and developing Rauma Works as a service workshop.
