Improve customer experience and provide more information at the same time – with this in mind, the Germany-headed machine and plant manufacturer Amandus Kahl GmbH & Co. KG (Amandus Kahl) has completely revamped its online shop.

New and existing customers not only receive comprehensive information about the product portfolio; the new shop of the specialist for pellet mills, crushing roller mills, and more also makes it easy to order the required spare parts.

In terms of user-friendliness, the company has greatly improved its online sales platform. Product research is simplified and wear and spare parts can be ordered in a matter of minutes and with just a few clicks thanks to the new design.

Another plus for online customers is that orders placed via the new shop will be processed preferentially. Those who register as users also have the option of viewing their order history and saving address data.

Users can obtain an overview via the menu item “My products”, where the name and number of the respective machine part are displayed.

By clicking on the product name, visitors are taken to the detail page with additional information on the selected spare part. Among other things, all components are listed that are included in this product and can be purchased individually.

The user’s profile page now also lists the most recent inquiries. A click on the corresponding button “Repeat enquiry” is sufficient to place the same products in the personal shopping cart again.

The search function, which can now be found in the upper navigation bar has also been improved. Users simply enter the search term (product name or number) in the “Search products” bar and immediately receive directly clickable suggestions.

Customers can send an e-mail to Amandus Kahl support via a feedback button or contact support by telephone via the “headset button”.

Last but not least, the online shop is multilingual: Visitors can choose between five languages.

In times of digital communication, it is important for us as a company to offer our customers the greatest possible service online as well. With our e-commerce offer, we provide a lot of additional information with visualized representations of our products.
