In India, Austrian technology group Andritz AG (ANDRITZ) has disclosed that Greenply Speciality Panels Pvt Ltd has placed a repeat order for a pressurized refining system for its medium-density fiberboard (MDF) production facility in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Greenply Speciality Panels Pvt. Ltd, part of Greenply Industries, is a leading Indian manufacturer of wood-based panel products, including medium-density fiberboard (MDF).
The company focuses on high-quality, value-added products and operates modern production facilities serving domestic and international markets.
The scope of supply, the value of which has not been disclosed, comprises a complete pressurized refining system with a capacity of 25 t/h.
The system features the ANDRITZ C-Feeder concept and a plug screw feeder equipped with AdvaProtect segments for enhanced wear resistance and operational reliability.
In addition, ANDRITZ will supply an S 1056 refiner and a pressurized digester to further improve refining efficiency.
