BMH Technology AB, the Swedish subsidiary of Finland-headed material handing technology providers BMH Technology Oy has announced that it has been selected by Swedish municipal energy and waste management company Borås Energi & Miljö AB to supply a biomass fuel preparation and handling system for its Sobacken biomass-fired combined heat and power (CHP) plant project.

According to a statement, the agreement was signed on March 16, 2016.

Thomas Karlsson, CEO of BMH Technology AB is also pleased that his company has been awarded the assignment, which is worth around SEK 92 million.

The external fuel management contract includes fuel preparation, intermediate storage, and transport of the fuel for the planned CHP plant at Sobacken, from the yard to the boiler day silos.
