The project is equipped with a self-developed 500 tonnes/day mechanic grate furnace and a 12MW turbine power generator with auxiliary equipment.
After Weifang Project Phase II commences operation, the total designed daily household waste processing capacity of Weifang Project will be increased to 1 500 tonnes and is expected to generate 168 GWh of green electricity annually.
First WTE project in Sichuan Province
The Suining Project is the very first waste-to-energy project for the company in Sichuan Province. The project was invested, built, and is now operated and managed on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) model by Sichuan Everbright Environmental Investment Company Limited, a joint venture company established by Everbright International and Sichuan Energy Industry Investment Group Co.
