Justsen Energiteknik acquires and revives Euro Therm

In Denmark, biomass combustion technology providers Justsen Energiteknik A/S has acquired all assets including service engineers and equipment of compatriot boiler manufacturer Euro Therm A/S that recently filed for bankruptcy.

According to a statement, Euro Therm manufactures and markets medium-sized boiler plants and is known for its reliable and advanced turnkey solutions. Euro Therm has for decades been a very strong brand in the district heating sector with many loyal customers in Denmark and Sweden.

Justsen Energiteknik has acquired all assets including service engineers and equipment and says that it is ready to service existing customers. Euro Therm will operate under the name “Euro Therm 2019 A/S” and is a fully owned subsidiary of Justsen Energiteknik A/S.

Furthermore, Euro Therm and Justsen Energiteknik will share an address in Brabrand near Aarhus.
