Nel Hydrogen Solutions, a division of Norway-headed Nel ASA (NEL), has announced that has been awarded a contract by Norwegian fuel retailer Uno-X Hydrogen AS to build two new H2Station hydrogen fueling stations in Norway.

Nel is proud to announce that we have been awarded a contract from Uno-X Hydrogen to build two additional hydrogen fueling stations in Norway. We see that the stations already established in Akershus and Bergen are very well utilized, and with the expected influx of hydrogen vehicles during 2018, the new stations will help increase the value of the total network, which again should trigger increased sales of vehicles, said Jon André Løkke, CEO of Nel in a statement.
The purchase order has a value of EUR 2 million and the fueling stations will be delivered during the first and second quarter of 2019. Uno-X Hydrogen is a joint venture between Uno-X, Praxair and Nel, that aims to build a network of hydrogen fueling stations covering the major cities in Norway by 2020.
