The Netherlands-headed renewable transportation fuels distributor and retailer OrangeGas N.V. (OG) has officially opened its first newly built bioCNG refueling station in Sweden, in Färjestaden on the island of Öland off the southeast coast.
A special feature of this location in Färjestaden is that, in addition to bioCNG dispensers that are open for both heavy-duty vehicles (HDVs) and automobiles, two fast power chargers have been installed.
Supplier of 100 percent clean fuels
According to the company, it has become the fastest-growing player in the market for sustainable mobility and is the market leader in both the Netherlands and Germany.
The network of OG filling stations is expanding rapidly and the ambition is to be the largest clean fuel retailer in Europe combined with its own production from natural sources.
Its fuels are always produced sustainably and as locally as possible. In this way, OG contributes to a sustainable, local and circular economy. And to the climate targets for reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions on both a national and European level.
