In February 2024, Sweden-headed Solör Bioenergy Group, a leading player in renewable energy based on wood fuels, completed a SEK 22 billion long-term financing. For this financing arrangement, Solör Bioenergy Group won two categories at the recent IJInvestor Awards 2024 ceremony in London, UK.
The new Group financing is based on an investment-grade rated Common Terms Agreement Platform with international banks and institutional investors.
CIBC and ICE Capital acted as advisers on the transaction.
