Hotab Biosystem AB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sweden-headed material handling and biomass combustion technology providers Saxlund Group AB has been renamed Saxlund Sweden AB as part of the cost and efficiency programme in the Swedish operations of the Group.
We merged the two Swedish subsidiaries, Saxlund International AB and Hotab Biosystem AB, and formed Saxlund Sweden AB in order to streamline operations and bring in all staff under a common roof. It will reduce administration costs for the Swedish companies, but above all give our customers and suppliers a single company to work with. We are absolutely convinced that it also facilitates our own staff who do not have to do a lot of duplication. The name change also harmonizes with our foreign subsidiaries, Saxlund in England and Germany, said Stefan Wallerman, CEO Saxlund Group AB.
Wallerman also stressed that Hotab brand will remain within the Group and that the company will “continue to supply mobile bioenergy plants and smaller bioenergy plants” under the Hotab brand.
We strongly believe in the products under the Hotab brand and we see great potential in the market for our mobile solutions. The recent months’ business with Neova shows that it was the right choice to invest in that technology, said Wallerman.
