Austrian biomass combustion technology engineers, Urbas Energietechnik has announced that it has been contracted by Moulin Bois Energie (MBE) to supply a 6.7 MW biomass boiler plant for its woodchip drying operations in Dunieres, France.
According to a statement, the new 150 °C boiler plant is needed to expand the capacity in chip drying. It is the second plant for this client who has been operating an Urbas biomass cogeneration plant and an Urbas belt dryer since 2011. The new plant will be operational in 2019. The value of the order has not been disclosed.
