Enerstena has delivered its first condensing economizers to Denmark.

Lithuanian combustion technology and equipment manufacturers Enerstena Group has revealed that it has delivered two condensing economizers for an existing fossil gas-fired district energy plant upgrade in Silkeborg, Denmark.
It is the first delivery of such equipment by the company to Denmark and Western Europe.
This is our first gas condensing economizer order for the Western market. This proves the growing trust in Lithuanian manufacturers and the experience of our energy professionals. Our goal is to spread the word about the reliability and advantages of boiler-plant equipment made in Lithuania, also about our achievements in the engineering sector and to expand Group’s export directions, said Virginijus Ramanauskas, General Manager, Enerstena Group in a statement.
According to Enerstena, the condensing economizers are also unique in their output and size: each of them has a capacity of 200 MW, is up to 12 meters long, 14 meters in height, and 5 meters in width.
Due to the abnormal size and weight, almost 200 tonnes in total, the equipment had to be transported in several shipments with privately escorted road hauliers late at night on a specially planned route.
Commissioning and adjustment works will be started in spring 2017.
